Juice Master Super Juice Me Movie Review

Juice Master Super Juice Me Movie ReviewI have just watched Jason Vale’s (The Juice Master) new Movie “Super Juice Me!” which is FREE to watch online until 8am (GMT) Monday 5th May 2014 and thought I would do a quick review.

I follow Juice Master on Facebook and Twitter so have been hearing the updates of this movie since he started filming it a while back and have been really looking forward to seeing the finished film.

The idea is to take 8 different people with a variety of diseases between them (22 in total), fly them away to the fabulous Juicy Oasis retreat in Portugal for 28 days and give them nothing but freshly extracted fruit and vegetable juices to test Jason’s idea of “One Disease – One Solution”.

As I have mentioned before, I am a big fan of juicing and its health benefits. It has helped me with problems I have with my stomach which no doctor or medication could fix, so I was hopeful that this experiment would have some impressive results to spread the juicy word.

The film follows these 8 people, who suffer from things such as Crohn’s Disease, Diabetes, Obesity and Asthma, from day 1 to 28. It also shows interviews from juicing/ natural health experts such as Cherie CalbomJames ColquhounJon GabrielCharlotte Gerson, Dr Malcolm KendrickDr Leigh Erin ConnealyDr. Dwight Lundell and of course Jason himself. They talk about the dangers of our modern diet and the amazing benefits of fresh fruit and veg.

It really is eye opening, even for someone like me who has researched this topic a lot. Even with the knowledge, it is easy to get caught up in the culture of eating processed junk food that is just so quick and convenient, but this movie really makes you think again and get back on track.

The results at the end are better than I was expecting, and the experiment has really changed the lives of each and every one of the participants. They all saw dramatic improvements in their conditions, lost lots of weight and some were even able to come off their medications. Wow!

The idea that as a culture, we are over fed when really our bodies are starving and calling out for proper nutrition makes perfect sense when you think about it. The film uses some fun animations to illustrate a few of it’s points which really do make you think. It’s quite scary that we are practically eating ourselves to death!

As I am on day 6 of the Juice Master Clear Skin Program, it gave me that extra little bit of motivation to keep going and go make another juice!

You really are what you eat (and drink), Jason has proved this.

I definitely think everyone needs to see this film, I will certainly be sharing it with as many people as possible. If you get a chance, you can sign up to watch it for free by clicking here.
